Laila Eloui is an Egyptian actress born in 4 January 1962 from an Egyptian father and a Greek mother. She started her career very early where she worked with famous radio presenter Abla Fadila, and the TV program Mama Samiha. She studied in a French school, and graduated from the Faculty of Commerce in 1991. Her talent was discovered by late actor Nour Al-Sherif, and pushed her to work in theater. Her first role as a professional actress was in the TV series Tears Above Truth. She starred in many plays like Al-Prensesa, Al-Gamela W Al-Wahseehn, and also starred in several TV series such as Al-Tawam, Akhou Al-Banat, and Alf Lela w Leala. She received several awards in local and international festivals, and went through the experience of producing films such as her film Ya Mahlabia Ya.
